Neuropeptide RFRP-3 (124-131) – Neuroscience Peptides

Neuropeptide VF precursor is a propeptide which is cleaved in three others peptide: Neuropeptide RFRP-1,RFRP-2 and RFRP-3. Neuropeptide RFRP-3 acts as a potent synthesis and secretion gonadotropin inhibitor. Neuropeptide RFRP-3 inhibit forskolin-induced production of cAMP and progesterone production in human cells. Neuropeptide RFRP-3 (124-131) is a part of RFRP-3 and is useful in opioid research.
